The 2011 Canadian Comedy Awards were handed out last night in Toronto, with The Daily Show with Jon Stewart correspondent Samantha Bee named Canadian Comedy Person of the Year.
Bee beat out fellow nominees Howie Mandel, Russell Peters, Roger Abbott and Ron James for the top prize.
Other big winners this year were Steve Patterson, Debra DiGiovanni and Picnicface.
