Toronto Sketch Comedy Festival announces competitors for 4th annual Sketch Com-Ageddon

Comageddon-marqueeThey say Canada is friendly, eh? Well, perhaps not as much for five nights later this month, as the Toronto Sketch Comedy Festival presents the fourth annual Sketch Com-Ageddon.

Last year’s champs, Smells Like the 80s, will face 44 other sketch troupes in nine rounds of comedy competition at Comedy Bar, from June 14-18, 2011. The winner gets a spot in Toronto's annual festival in November, cash and bragging rights.

The 45 competing sketch troupes are: 100 and 50, 7 Minutes in Heaven, A Classy Affair, Beautiful Losers, Colonel Mustard, Creedance Bathwater Revival, Dick Wolfs, Emergency Bingo, Fratwurst, Good Game, Grade Eight Dance, Haircut, Hush Money, Jape, Ladystache, Lonely, Not on a School Night, Obvious Rabid Machine, Pagan and Eggs, Parker and Seville, Shoeless, Sick Cat, Smells Like The 80s, The Hemingways, The Hooligans, The Local Drysdales, The Raisin Gang, The Regulars, The Specials, The Temps, The Troupe of Seven, The Ugly Stiks, Tony Ho, Touch My Stereotype, Two Weird Ladies, Vest of Friends and Warm Summer Hotness.
