  1. ONE female comedian?!?!? In the whole lineup…….
Has anyone else noticed that even last year there were only three or four female comedians on the lineup???? Margaret Cho and Kristen Schaal, as well as Janeane Garafalo have graced the SXSW stages and a panel in the past….as in, the past FIVE years.
This is a travesty! There are plenty of funny women in this town. Someone throw a fucking bone already!

  2. @sean:
Oh…you mean the panel discussing how it’s stupid that there’s a stigma of “men are funnier than women”….in a festival that is littered with testosterone filled ding dongs and a sprinkle of ladyjuice??? actually…it’s kind of shocking and repulsive considering the issue at hand. Why not exclude the panel of whiners and actually do something about it? Don’t just hire some radio personalities, call it a panel, and bitch about the issue. DO SOMETHING.
So no Sean. It doesn’t mean shit to me. It really, truly doesn’t.

  3. The Comedy Store will also be presenting a number of shows at SXSW this year and we are bringing some of our favorite comics along with us including Justin Martindale, Ari Shaffir, Nick Youssef, Mack Lindsay and special guests. Check us out at these Venues.
