Mark your calendars: Spring 2011 is the season comedians take over Broadway

As much fun as it may be to see Pee-wee Herman and Colin Quinn in their own Broadway shows right now, just wait a few months.

Broadway's spring 2011 season will boast several big-name comedians, with Dane Cook being the most recent to throw his name into the mix, taking a role in Neil Labute's "Fat Pig." Here is the current rundown of productions both dramatic and comedic on the upcoming schedule, with the comedians who are attached and date when previews begin:

Feb. 24, 2011: "The Book of Mormon" — musical created/written by South Park's Matt Stone and Trey Parker, starring Josh Gad

March 11, 2011: "Bengal Tiger in the Baghdad Zoo" — Robin Williams

March 22, 2011: "The Motherfucker with the Hat" — Chris Rock, Bobby Cannavale

March 2011: "That Championship Season" — Jim Gaffigan

Date TBD: "The House of Blue Leaves" — Ben Stiller

Date TBD: "Fat Pig" — Dane Cook
