Watch 1990s clips of Dave Chappelle, Margaret Cho and Lewis Black from A&E’s “Caroline’s Comedy Hour”

My friends over at Caroline's have been unearthing some old clips from their 1990s series on A&E, Caroline's Comedy Hour, and the treasure chest already includes footage of Dave Chappelle, Margaret Cho and Lewis Black at a younger age. Remember when comedy boomed before and busted? Remember when audience members still dressed up to be on TV, too? Before you see any of the people I mentioned in the headline, here's something to make your head spin. It's the opening to a 1990 episode, hosted by Colin Quinn, and featuring his writing staff: Jon Stewart, Susie Essman, Dave Attell and Louis CK. Yeah. So here's that!   Here is Dave Chappelle talking about the time his brother talked him into experiencing the inside of a drying machine.   If you're missing Margaret Cho since she left Dancing with the Stars, just think about how she felt about being on TV back in 1992. Much different time. So fewer tattoos. Roll it!   Lewis Black, with a lot of curly hair, ranting about the elder George Bush and Dan Quayle? Sure. They've got that on camera, too. Back in 1992. Roll it!...

Jon Stewart offers Rally to Restore Sanity tips: Among them, you can watch on Comedy Central or online

On last night's The Daily Show with Jon Stewart, your sane host showed footage from recent rallies for the leaders of North Korea and America, holding it up as evidence of things one should do, or perhaps not do, in public. Good to know, considering Stewart himself is leading a rally in Washington, D.C., on Oct. 30, 2010 called the "Rally to Restore Sanity." Stewart's advice to people attending his rally, or any rally for that matter: "When in doubt, don't be douchey." In this clip, Stewart also revealed that, since this is a rally for sane and rational people, there might be more than a few of you out there so sane that you'll decide that D.C. is too far away, too expensive, or too out of reach that day to make it. No need to go insane, people! Comedy Central plans to provide live TV coverage of the event, as well as live streaming online.  Stewart joked that meant too bad for Broken Lizard, although looking at the actual Comedy Central schedule for Oct. 30, 2010, it means it'll be pre-empting a Scrubs marathon. Poor Scrubs. Roll the clip!...

Zach Galifianakis gets hot under the collar for a special “Between Two Ferns” interview with Bruce Willis

Wake up, kiddies! It's time for the latest installment of "Between Two Ferns," the talk show that's more than just a talk show, as host Zach Galifianakis sits down with a celebrity between two ferns, as it were, and things get uncomfortable. This time, it's Bruce Willis in the hot seat, although Galifianakis is in the hotter seat, after questions about Ashton Kutcher and bad movies get spurned in favor of nostalgia and something rather odd. And by odd, I mean hot. Too much information? Roll the clip!...
