Election Eve laughs in NYC

It’s the last night to make jokes about Obama, McCain, Biden and Palin before it all gets a little too real for all of us, and for comedians, also perhaps outdated. Election Day is Nov. 4, 2008. So tonight, plenty of opportunities in New York City exist to see some live comedy that tackles and gets all of those political/election jokes out once more — you can get detailed info off of my Google calendar on the right-hand sidebar of this home page — including Comedy Central’s Indecision2008.com showcase at Crash Mansion, a special edition of Lizz Winstead’s Shoot the Messenger at 45 Bleecker, a whole mess of comedians performing 3-minutes each at The Slipper Room, Liam McEneaney’s "Tell Your Friends" in Lolita bar’s basement, a special "Joe the Plumber" night of comedy at The PIT, and a full night of special shows at the UCB Theatre including the "Palin Family All-Star Revue." If you’re still undecided, what are you waiting for?!?! Get out and laugh tonight, then vote on Tuesday. Thank you.
