New York’s Last Comics Standing

Is season six set up to be the year for the duo? Both God’s Pottery and Stone & Stone advanced last night out of New York City’s Last Comic Standing auditions and performance showcase.

I’ll have much more to say on this, but wanted to get the main news out now. Only six acts made it from Friday’s callbacks to the showcase, including the duos above, D.C. comic Chris White, Costaki Economopoulos, Michelle Buteau, and the man who first brought truth to LCS, Dan Naturman. Those who got through callbacks Thursday had included Dan Curry, Jon Fisch, Angry Bob, Tom Simmons, Esther Ku, Louis Ramey, Josh Sneed, and D.C.’s Aparna Nancherla. Reportedly joining the duos in the next round of competition will be Naturman, Ku, Ramey and Aparna.

I believe that list is missing one performer. Do you know who that was?
